Guyana
, the land of many waters , is a tiny English speaking country situated at
the northern most tip of South America. We are not in Africa (sorry guys who thought we were). We are bordered to the east by Suriname
, the west by Venezuela , the north by the Atlantic ocean and the south
by Brazil.
Our
native language is English which is spoken in a variety of different
flavors. Our major exports are rice , sugar , timber, gold and
diamond.
We
are not your usual Caribbean tourist destination. Our resorts are not
located next to a sprawling white sand beach with white tipped waves
lapping at your feet as you relax in the glorious sunshine.
Instead
what we have to offer the tourist who visits our beautiful and exotic
country is a different kind of retreat. Here you can relax inside one of
